个人简述
博士,副教授,硕士生导师,教育部学位论文评审专家。2007年毕业于中国科学院半导体所,2014年至2016年在纽约州立大学布法罗分校担任访问学者。在国内外重要刊物发表论文30余篇,授权专利3项。2017年获得中南林业科技大学教学先进个人,2020年获得中南林业科技大学线上教学先进个人。担任的《微电子学概论》课程被评为中南林业科技大学第一批“放心”课程。
