个人简介
目前担任班戈与中南林业科技大学班戈学院的讲师，负责教授公司金融学和银行与金融市场课程。
朱博士的研究领域涵盖金融、创业和家族企业。在加入班戈中国学院之前，自2017年以来，她一直是切斯特大学商业研究所和中国中心的研究人员。她的研究工作主要集中在企业融资和商业管理创新领域，为中国家族企业的管理和运营提供了宝贵的经验和指导。
她参与中国中心的中外商业文化交流活动，多次组织商业座谈会，协助中国企业家与切斯特当地企业开展新的商业项目，建立良好的合作关系。同时，她还参与了中国和英国教育市场的调研，协调国际项目，并根据课程规范和模块描述的专业知识为中国模式院校的新生制定课程和模块。
朱博士是一名积极参与企业管理研究的专业人士，在英国管理学会、创业研究和其他国际知名会议上发表了多项研究成果。她以12年的高等教育国际化服务经验自豪，并一直致力于提高研究计划的运作效率，通过出版高质量的成果追求卓越的研究。
感兴趣的研究方向
朱博士的学术兴趣广泛，包括财务管理、教育期望和创业，特别是外推期望理论、创业资本、家族企业管理。目前，她正致力于多个与创业教育和财务管理相关的项目，包括家族企业教育、创业教育和网络学习，以及财务管理、有效继承、可持续性等与中国家族企业面临的主要挑战相关的英国和中国的比较研究。
